To feature all the participants and 3 themes equally, we'll have 20 or fewer designers in each of 3 themed venues. Your choice will be accepted on a first-come-first served basis. If your "1st preference" were full, we would put you into your 2nd preference.
If you chose "challenge me!" on the web form, or if you didn't send your favorite theme to us by the deadline, we would pick one theme for you.

During the EPOCH-Legend event, we'll have some special entertainments and mini events. You are free to participate or not, as you like. More details about special entertainments and mini events will be informed later.
---------- [[ Items you can sell in this event ]] ----------
After your theme was decided (and accepted), you can start creating items for sale. Here are fixed rules about your goodies.
I ) Your items have to match with your chosen theme.
II) They must be new releases, which have never be sold before.
III) You cannot sell those items for EPOCH-Legend in any other places, even after this event was closed. However, you are free to sell variations (re-colored/re-shaped ones) of the same products.

****Each store can use 6 prims****
Your store can use 6 prims in total, and it's up to you how to use those 6 prims.
e.g. #1) You can place 5 one-prim vendors and 1 one-prim poster/demo-provider at the same time.
e.g. #2) You can place 3 two-prim vendors for selling a jacket, a coat and a pair of shoes.
e.g. #3) You can place 1 six-prim vendors.
If you need more prims to sell variety of skins, make-ups or whatever, please contact organizers.
****For reducing lag, we don't allow you to use scripted vendors.****
---------- [[ We launch off-world shopping guide ]] ----------
On the theme-choice web form, as you can see, there are another blanks for asking your store information. This information will be put on our web shopping guide which feature all the items for this event and provide your store's general info.
With this off-world shopping guide, people can see every items for this event at once. They can see which store is in which venue, which one will be their "must have" items without visiting, or even in laggy grid situation. Also it's good for us designers to let them know where they can find more of our goodies at.
So please fill those blanks on the web form too and give us your store information.
After you finish the web form, please send an image of your store (inside/outside look of store, store logo, or whatever).
This "Store Information PIC" will be shown like this ( http://p.tl/XyFA ) and be linked with your item's profile.
The picture size must be ****W400 x H275 pixel, 72dpi****.
You can make it with a trimmed snapshot, or ads you have created for other items in store, or your store logo or trademarks. Please send it to : uriaheulenberg[at]yahoo.com (off-world) or in-world Uriah Eulenberg.
Please keep this in mind that later on, we'll ask you again to give us the rest of information (mostly about your items for EPOCH-Legend. e.g. price, permissions, a picture image).

【同時開催されるミニイベントについて】
各テーマ会場で、メインテーマとは別にミニイベントが開催されます。
このミニイベントは、強制参加ではなく自由参加です。
参加してもよいと思われたクリエイターさんは、是非参加してください。

【制作・販売できる物品についてのルール】
テーマが決定致しましたら、EPOCH-Legend に出品される
アイテム制作に取りかかって頂けます。
但し、幾つかルールがございますのでご注意ください。
I）出品されるアイテムは、決定したテーマに沿って製作してください。
II）過去に販売していない、新作でなくてはいけません。
III）出品された同一の商品を、イベント終了後に販売することは出来ません。
但し、カラーバリエーションや形を変更して販売することは可能です。
【ベンダー及び、使用できるプリム数について】
・1店舗：6プリム
各店６プリムまで使用でき、この６プリムを自由に使用して頂けます。
例１）１プリムのベンダーを５つと、１プリムのデモ配布（販売）用ベンダー兼ポスター。
例２）２プリムのベンダーを３つ、ジャケット、コート、靴などの３点を販売する。
例３）６プリムのベンダーを１つ。
※多数のスキンやメイクを同時製作したり、６プリム以上必要になる場合は、
あらかじめ運営者にご相談くださいませ。
※ラグ軽減のため、スクリプト入りのベンダーはご使用になれません。
【ショッピング・ガイドにご協力ください】
製作テーマ回答用フォームには、あなたのショップに関する回答欄を設けています。
ここに記入された内容は、EPOCH-Legend に出品されるアイテムと
参加店などを紹介する、ウェブ・ショッピング・ガイドへの掲載を予定しています。
どのアイテムがどのテーマ会場で販売されているかなど、
ウェブ上で情報を発信する事を目的としています。
また参加デザイナーやクリエイターのアイテムに興味を持ってくれた方を
メインストアへ誘導するきっかけにもなればと考えています。
